Shipping policy

Our shipping times can range from 1–3 business days within Germany and 9–18 days worldwide. It depends on the number of orders for a specific item and the location you are ordering from.

Shipping Process

On average, we need 24–48 hours to process your order and transfer it to our shipping carrier’s sorting facility. For some items, it may take longer, especially during holidays (up to 10 days) or when your order includes popular products with stock availability issues.

Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we can no longer make any changes (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at checkout.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates, as they may come from different production partners or locations.
